ROBINHAUS

We have had German shepherds since around 1978. 

We started like most people with our first pet dog.

Bill had worked with the German shepheds in Germany as an MP in the Army. so he was very familiar with the breed.

The first one led to more.  Eventually we met a person who is still a good friend, Gena Hopson.  She took us to our first dog show and we were hooked. 

At first we bred nice females to Gena's male showdogs. We got nice puppies who took ribbons but not points.

We bought our first real show dog from Donna Sater, Hillside Von Weidens Echo.  He became our first Champion.  We also became involved with Gena's dogs and Bill co-owned Ethan of Clayfield and helped to get him finished.

 We bought a Mazarati daughter and bred her to Ethan and produced our first home bred Champion - Robinhaus Lee Iacocca -  Beau.  From there we kept going.

 We still show some - our most recent Champion being CH  ROBINHAUS APOLLO - who is a CH Kaleef's Fargo son.

We occasionally breed a litter - but we are also involved as AKC judges now.
